Website Redesigns
Below are examples of the multiple website redesigns I was responsible for. These include everything from branding updates, full redesigns, and replatforms.

At US Foods, I oversaw the redesign, redevelopment, and tech modernization of their public-facing website. Not only did this process improve the user experience, it also updated the tech stack to improve tracking capabilities, incorporated personalization, and seamlessly integrated with a custom-built eCommerce platform.

The goal of the redesign was to improve the "content-to-commerce" journey to drive an increase in qualified leads and eCommerce sales.

The process for this redesign included creating a business case for executive approval, developing a cost-benefit analysis, building a cross-functional team, agency partner evaluation & selection, establishing project management meetings, tracking progress, and ensuring the project stays on-time and on-budget.



Meyer Corporation is a house of brands that specializes in cookware equipment. Each brand operates its own eCommerce website, and I was responsible for overseeing many of the redesigns of Meyer's branded websites. Below is an example of just one of the many brand website redesigns I oversaw.

​The relaunch of these sites was part of a larger project to develop a DTC eCommerce strategy. As such, there was no need to develop a business case or run a cost-benefit analysis to obtain leadership buy-in.
​
I used the same process for the development of these sites as I did with US Foods, with the exception of creating a business case.



Thermos is a legacy brand who's name has become synonymous with vacuum insulated drinkware and containers. This redesign coincided with a brand refresh and was a part of the digital transformation initiative I was brought onboard for.

This project included a full redesign and replatforming from Big Commerce to Shopify.
​
We were able to leverage an existing agency partnership to accomplish this project. I was responsible for project management, creating a cross-functional team, and ensuring we complete the launch on-time and on-budget.
