At every organization I've been a part of, my greatest achievements have been fundamentally changing how investment in marketing has been prioritized. I have been responsible for the shift in focus to digital, as well as building entire digital departments from the ground up. 

​

These efforts have directly led to the doubling of both headcount and budget for digital marketing resources.

I built a cross-functional agile team meant to quickly ideate, develop, launch, test, measure, and scale campaigns in 2-week sprints. This pod brought together individuals from marketing, creative, sales, product, IT, and data science. 

​

We were able to measure the incremental value of each campaign using rigorous A/B testing and analysis at 90% statistical significance with the goal of driving 100 basis points of incremental growth by EOY.

​

This initiative shifted executive perspectives on marketing from a cost-driving department to a value-driving department.

I have managed the redesign and redevelopment of multiple websites for organizations across various B2B and B2C sectors, spanning multiple verticals and audience segments. 

​

In order to launch these new assets on time and on budget, I was able to leverage both internal and external resources with a rigorous evaluation of agencies through a comprehensive RFP process. 

I have managed the evaluation and migration of multiple marketing technology systems. This includes everything from ad platforms and email service providers to tag management solutions and analytics platforms.

​

To find the right solution, I would develop an evaluation guide that would take into consideration use cases, business needs, and stakeholder requirements.

Agency evaluation and management have been a crucial part of my responsibilities throughout my career. Ensuring the work and deliverables meet the organizational standards and that performance is being optimized has been imperative to driving overall departmental performance.

I have also evaluated contracts, cost structures, and output to identify cost-out opportunities or efficiency improvements. 

As a data-driven marketing leader, I understand the importance of analysis, measurement, and reporting. That is why I have focused on the development and improvement of the analysis and reporting capabilities at every organization I have worked for. 

​

These improvements include everything from cohesive tracking capabilities to data consolidation and building BI dashboards using Tableau or Power BI for executive reporting.
